For most people dieting alone is often unsuccessful.

Successful weight loss is as much about re-educating your unconscious mind as it is about dieting.

Hypnosis is one of the most natural ways to lose weight.

Weight management requires a change in life style, in other words a whole new you. Our active weight management program combines the benefits of clinical hypnotherapy with a nutritionally balanced diet plan.

Our program consists of  seven sessions over three months (1 session with our nutritionist and 6 sessions of hypnotherapy). Fast weight loss is not only dangerous but also unsustainable. With our program we would be aiming for weight loss of around 1 Kg per week (2.2 pounds).
